• ANYONE in the event industry can apply for awards. You do NOT need to be an ILEA member to apply. 

• You can apply for as many awards as you would like.

• For joint submissions, only one person needs to complete this form. All other members should email ileamichigan@gmail.com for their submission fee invoice. 

• Remember to submit for our general awards! You'll find separate forms for Rising Star & Luminary nominations, as well as Vendor Partner award submissions.
